Defective item? Email us at orders@aynfl.com with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Kindly email us the issues to orders@aynfl.com within 2 days after delivery.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

  • Please carefully inspect a product upon arrival to assure that it's what you ordered and has no defects.
  • If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, you are eligible for a return if the defect, damage, or wrong product is reported within 2 days after the delivery date.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • AYN does not provide "refunds" or offer a "money-back guarantee" for purchased items.
  • Customers who make payments via Debit/Credit Card have the option to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order. Instead of a refund, the order amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases from AYNFL within the next 60 days.

ONLY SIZE EXCHANGE

  • The item is to be packed and given to the rider or sent by you to our given address in the same packaging, tagged, and in the same condition.
  • Delivery charges apply on exchange.
  • Return and exchange end-to-end process takes 15 – 20 days.
  • If the item is to be sent by the customer to the warehouse, delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.
  • Please note that no return, no exchange on sale items.
